A. CLINGAN gives you real time access to all airlines provided, including flight numbers, departure/arrival time, number of stops, miles flown, aircraft type, meal types on board and terminals used.

Q. Is the hotel listing worldwide?
A. Yes – CLINGAN features a wide range of business and tourist hotels along with their star ratings. You will find over 150,000. We feature hotels from 2star - 5star deluxe, so all budgets are catered for. We also feature beach hotels, apartments and Villas.

Q. Does it include car hire?
A. yes - we supply all major car rental companies in over 17000 worldwide airport and downtown locations, we supply all car type from mini size cars to minivans.

Q. Can I specify which airlines, hotels and cars are displayed?
A. Yes – we can completely customise it for you to only display those airlines and hotels that either feature in your company's travel policy or those that give you preferential rates. We can also brand it with your company identity, logos and colours.

Q. What downloads are required to run the software?
A. No downloads, all you require is access to any internet connected PC

Q. Can I have CLINGAN loaded onto my company network?
A. Yes - CLINGAN is an online corporate travel manager.

Q. CLINGAN rebate commission, what does this mean?
A. Yes, CLINGAN is member of ABTA and IATA therefore, like any travel agency, earn commission (of varying rates) on every sale for airlines, hotels, cars and Package Tour Operators. Unlike a traditional travel agency we rebate this amount back to you.   

Q. If you give us back the supplier commission, how do you make money?
A. Its simple - we make money from (you) the lease holder, the lease holder (you) make money from the rebates.
